Rachel Fabrizio, CNC, CMT, Certified Personal Trainer Front office Administration

Rachel Fabrizio a Certified Nutritional Coach - Personal Trainer and Massage Therapist, wife of David Fabrizio, graduated from the prestigious National Holistic Institute and holds her massage license with over 900 hours of training in both Western and Eastern modalities. She offers Full Body and Deep Tissue massage services with Whole Body Balance. Rachel is also a Certified Nutritional Coach with Training from both The National Academy of Sports Medicine and Cornell Institute where she holds her certificate in Plant Based Nutrition. With her strong interpersonal skills, caring personality and dedication to the well being of the clinic and patients, she has brought a new meaning to patient satisfaction. An avid runner and exercise enthusiast, Rachel has competed in several 10K’s including the Susan G. Komen race for the cure, competed in local gymnastics competitions, and is currently a NASM Certified Personal Trainer.

Rachel graduated with her degree in Liberal studies with a minor in child development. She worked as a Pre-kindergarten teacher for 15 years and became school principal for an additional 6. She decided to leave her career in education to join her husband and create the best atmosphere for their patients. Her patience and empathy are exhibited daily with her understanding of patients needs.

Rachel believes in helping others, and along with her husband David, is happy to be a part of a great team!

Paula Todd - Receptionist

Paula is a dedicated front office professional with extensive experience in healthcare administration, patient coordination, and insurance operations. She specializes in scheduling, insurance verification, patient intake, referrals, and prior authorizations, helping ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for every patient.

With a background working in medical practices and major healthcare organizations including L.A. Care Health Plan and Optum Health/UnitedHealthcare, she brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication to her role. Known for her friendly and supportive approach, Paula is committed to creating an efficient, positive environment while helping patients feel comfortable and cared for from their first interaction with the clinic.

Jasmine Johnson - Receptionist

Jasmine was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. She is a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with a strong background in customer service and healthcare administration. Over the years, she has gained extensive experience in both administrative and patient-focused roles, which has strengthened her ability to provide compassionate, efficient, and high-quality care.

She is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives and truly enjoys connecting with patients to ensure they feel supported and understood. Jasmine is currently preparing to pursue her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)  to continue growing in her career and expanding her impact in healthcare.
